How to make an order from IslamicsCity.com?

Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from IslamicsCity.com:

1. Register with IslamicsCity.com for free.
2. Log in your IslamicsCity.com account.
3. Search or browse products, And if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
4. If you want to find out the total price including shipping, click "check out" in the shopping cart page.
5. The first checkout page is "address book",you can edit you billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different dropship address.
6. The second checkout page you can choose shipping methods.We offer free shipping for all kind of items,.On the same webpage you can also choose the payment method you prefer.In the textbox"Special Instructions Or Comments",You can add special request for your order. e.g. the declared value of the package that you wish for customs purposes.
7. If you choose PayPal, you can click PayPal link to pay for your order directly; if you do not want to pay now, you can click "Place An Order" to make an order first and pay later. You will receive an email confirming your order information.
We will begin processing your order when payment has been confirmed. After we ship your package(s), You will receive a Shipment Notification email with the relevant tracking information.

How can I pay ?

Using PayPal
You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from IslamicsCity.com.

1. On your Shopping Cart page, click Check out with PayPal after reviewing your items.

You will then leave IslamicsCity.com and enter PayPal's website.

2. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you haven't already.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions given by PayPal.

Advantages of using PayPal:

Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). If you do use your credit card through PayPal, IslamicsCity.com won't see your credit card number, minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.

Can products be returned for refunds, repairs, or replacements
Returning for replacement and refund

1.Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 14 days of customers receiving it, IslamicsCity.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product.

2.Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 90% the full price (10% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).

Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.

Overdue Items

We will return a full refund if the item ordered is not delivered by the promised delivery date

Do I have to pay VAT or any other form of sales tax on products bought through IslamicsCity.com?
We do not add any additional charges to you orders, and you are not liable for any Chinese taxes.

However, you may still be liable for paying fees or taxes to others besides IslamicsCity.com. Charges to look out for are:

-Bank transfer charges.
-PayPal money "upload" charges.
-Any import duties that levied at customs in your country.

Please note that if you are re-selling (or dropshipping) goods from IslamicsCity.com, please make sure you comply with tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and your product's destination country.

Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?

We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package, in case of lost or damage problems. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.
